We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL PPO for Chiropractic services. @e are otherwise OUT-OF-POCKET CASH BASED due to most insurance companies limiting what we can do for our patients. We work for YOU, not the insurance companies, and believe our patients should get the care they NEED, not just the care that is covered.

Your appointment time is reserved for you. To better serve our patients and ensure that they have a fair opportunity to have an appointment as promptly as possible, we require a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. You have to CALL or TEXT 630-442-0146 during business hours of operation to properly cancel.

NO SHOW POLICY: Patients who fail to show up to an appointment and have not contacted our office are considered a “No Show” and will be charged the FULL cost of the appointment for each missed appointment.

As a courtesy, our system will send an appointment reminder 24 hours before by automated computer generated text messages and 48 hours before by automated emails, unless you have opted out of these services.
